The Gleason library
has now been remodeled and updated with many new materials. It has been
automated, which means that books can be checked out electronically on the
computer. The public has internet access that can provide access to magazines,
reference materials, Tennessee and genealogical records. There are also new easy to
use, juvenile and teen sections.
We are pleased to announce
that we have a new librarian ... Malorie James. The summer reading
program begins in June on Tuesdays at 10 am (June 1st, 8th,
15th, and the 22nd).
We would like to encourage
everyone to sign up for the summer reading program and come in and met
our new librarian and see what new programs she is planning for the
Gleason citizens.
